Spend the evening outdoors with Woody, Buss Lightyear and the gang as the City of St. Peters shows the Disney classic Toy Story 3 on the big screen at the City Centre Park Amphitheater on Friday, Aug. 12. The movie will begin at dusk or approximately 7:45 p.m.
In this Toy Story classic, the toys are delivered to a day-care center right before Andy leaves for college. It's up to Woody to convince the other toys that they weren't abandoned and that they should return home.
Bring the family and come prepared to relax and be entertained. For your convenience, concessions will be available for purchase or you may bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
The movie will take place at the City Centre Park Amphitheater. The amphitheater features several graduated levels for seating on lawn chairs and blankets. A wheelchair accessible pad is located on the hillside adjacent to the parking lot.
With convenient parking on the Rec-Plex South parking lot, the amphitheater is located behind St. Peters City Hall between Rec-Plex South and the baseball fields. Follow the driveway past the Rec-Plex over the bridge to the Rec-Plex South parking area. In case of inclement weather, the movie may be moved indoors to the St. Peters Cultural Arts Centre at City Hall.
