Bring your preschool-age children to the Missouri History Museum where they'll see and experience the 1904 World's Fair exhibit in a fun, kid-friendly way.
Activities include building with blocks, making colorful footprint paths, riding in a horse-drawn carriage, and experiencing music, clothing, dance and crafts from countries that were represented at the Fair. Kids will also make musical instruments, participate in an Olympic-themed workout and dress up to visit the Fair!
This is the first of a four-week session. Parents can sign up for sessions on either Thursdays or Fridays. Sessions begin at 10 a.m.
The Museum's Parent and Me classes are very popular, so sign up now! The four sessions are:
Oct. 4 and 5: Building the Fair and Getting There
Oct. 11 and 12: Exploring Culture at the Fair
Oct. 18 and 19: Getting Active at the Fair
Oct. 25 and 26: Fancy at the Fair
Classes are $7 per family, per class. $5 for Missouri History Museum members. Or, for the four-week series, $20 per family ($15 for Museum members).
