Grab your mat, let's have a chat! Let's sing and create and move and meditate! Complete Harmony ensures an inclusive environment to safely explore, play, and process. There's lots of learning but also lots of fun! Through songs, instruments, art, improv, storytelling, games, etc., our campers practice yoga, mindfulness, meaningful social interactions, self-empowerment, and more! Our activities are developmentally appropriate to expand thinking skills and social-emotional learning, and play kits are included for our younger campers to foster imaginative play.
We offer inspiring experiences that will help our campers understand and respond to changes in schools, communities, and our world. Through kindness and curiosity, we help them build confidence and self-and-other-awareness. Using creativity and compassion with a trauma-informed approach, our campers learn to be present in the here and now.
