Inspired by the newest exhibit at The Magic House, Namaste India, children ages 6 to 11 are invited to attend a four-week Children's Yoga class. Designed to include different aspects of the practice, young yogis will be invited to participate in a variety of yoga poses as well as learn the mindful benefits of the yoga practice.
Children's Yoga is led by professionals from Bal Vihar St. Louis, an organization dedicated to fostering, sharing and preserving Indian culture. Adult chaperones must remain onsite while their children are participating.
Children's Yoga will be held Saturdays in June from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Cost is $20 for four classes for members, $40 for four classes for non-members. Cost includes all-day admission to The Magic House.
