Hi-NRG Ninja Obstacle & Tumbling Spring Break Camp at The Lodge

Spring Break Camps
1050 Des Peres Road
Des Peres, MO 63131

HI-NRG's Ninja Obstacle & Tumbling Camp will build coordination, strength, agility and most of all, confidence! Experience the excitement and thrills of the TV show's favorite challenges. Kids can test their agility, balance and strength on the Quad Steps, Spinning Log, Cannon Ball Alley, Cliff Hanger, Unstable Monkey Bars and the Cargo Net. All obstacles are designed with the young athlete in mind. We even bring a ninja obstacle inflatable! Tumbling includes instruction on handstands, cartwheels, walk overs and even front flips.

Athletes will enjoy the air floor and professional mini trampoline as well as the many differently shaped mats used for skill development. All of HI-NRG's outstanding coaches are safety-trained and teach proper tumbling techniques as well as giving tips to master each obstacle. Make it a full-day camp by adding another Lodge half-day camp and Lunch Bunch registration. Camp is held March 18-22 and is for ages 5-10. Registration deadline is March 11
