For over 25 years, Purina® Pro Plan® has given incredible canine athletes the platform to showcase their amazing abilities in exciting events like dock diving, flying disc, agility and more! Watch incredible dogs from across the country compete in the Incredible Dog Challenge National Finals on September 30th, 10:30 a.m.- 4 p.m., at Purina Farms. Bring the family, grab a bite to eat, shop from local retailers and witness incredible dogs in action. All well-behaved dogs are welcome on a leash (view our Visiting Pet Guidelines at purinafarms.com).

The Purina Farms Visitor Center will be open to enjoy. If you plan on bringing your kids and your dog, we recommend having two adults in attendance to ensure kids are able to enjoy the inside of the Animal Barn and Pet Center (pets are not allowed in these areas).
Admission is free. Spectator parking is limited and registration is required. Parking is $5 and a portion of that fee will be donated to the Open Door Animal Shelter.

Meet up at the Nature Playscape in Forest Park for a fun storytime followed by nature adventures! These free story times are open to children of all ages and their caregivers.
Daytime Playtime is an open gym for children ages 2-5 where the possibilities for fun and learning (through fun) are endless! Children will participate in activities that build coordination, strength, balance and self-confidence. They'll develop stronger motor skills, social skills, and take part in theme-based creative activities.

Storytelling in the Museum is an in-person storytelling event happening at 10:30 a.m. at the Missouri History Museum. This event, perfect for the preschool set, features engaging stories with themes like Mardi Gras, geology, Black History Month, Groundhog Day and more. Storytelling in the Museum is free.
In its ongoing mission to educate and inspire curiosity in young learners, Edwardsville Children's Museum (ECM) is excited to celebrate the grand opening of its Discovery Garden Expansion. Following a special ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m., the community is invited to explore three new exhibits that honor history, celebrate nature, and set the scene for non-stop fun.
