The Great Candy Exchange is a chance for kids to wear their costumes one more time, win prizes, have their faces painted, enjoy balloon artists and live shows, free healthy snacks, and donate their leftover Halloween candy to the troops through the USO of Missouri. (Candy donation is not required to attend this free event.)
