Santa in Pajamas at Play Street Museum

Santa is coming to Play Street Museum for photos with kids, and reading to kids! Everyone is welcome to come dressed in their pajamas just like Saint Nick himself! Space is very limited so each child will have a chance to interact with Santa and have their picture taken. Each child will take home a gift from Santa too. Morning snacks will be provided.

Metro Theater Company presents Eddie & Vinnie, a new play by Jenny Millinger best enjoyed by ages 6-12. In Eddie & Vinnie, Eddie is an unstoppable artist with a uniquely beautiful mind, and his best friend is a gecko. Together the pair spends hours making intricate and beautiful puzzles. But he'll be solving worse puzzles in summer school if he can't get his grades up.

St. Louis Teen Book Festival

St. Louis County Library will host the St. Louis Teen Book Festival on Saturday, December 2 from 1 to 5:30 p.m. at Ladue Horton Watkins High School. This year’s line-up includes Neal Shusterman, Kendare Blake, Alexandra Bracken, Justin A. Reynolds and more. The event will feature book talks, author signings, and meet-and-greet opportunities. The St. Louis Teen Book Festival is free and open to all.

The Great Candy Exchange at HealthWorks Kids' Museum St. Louis

The Great Candy Exchange is a chance for kids to wear their costumes one more time, win prizes, have their faces painted, enjoy balloon artists and live shows, free healthy snacks, and donate their leftover Halloween candy to the troops through the USO of Missouri. Sea Lion Shows at the Saint Louis Zoo

See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
