Kids love to look at and climb on big trucks, and the Valley Park Parents as Teachers organization is hosting a free Things That Go event that will give kids the chance to do just that.
On Saturday, Sept. 16, the public is invited to this free event, held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Valley Park School District's parking lot.
Things That Go will feature a fire engine, ambulance, construction vehicles, helicopter, ice cream truck, tow truck, police car, mail truck, school bus and more. Little ones can toot the vehicles' horns, sound sirens and check out levers and gauges with the assistance of trained professionals.
