Middle Schoolers

Seedfolks, a "spoken musical," chronicles a diverse, immigrant community working together through struggles and triumphs. After a young Vietnamese girl plants beans in a vacant lot to connect with the memory of her father, she unintentionally creates a community garden that begins to bridge divides across her neighborhood. 

SciFest: Animal Kingdom Expo is an all-day event all about animals! Visitors will learn about animal science and care both at home and in the wild. Visit with animals and a variety of animal care and conservation experts. Find out more about animal-related career and volunteer opportunities you can pursue right her in the St. Louis area. 

YOYO Yoga School is hosting free yoga classes for kids from preschoolers up to middle schoolers. Classes will be held at the Center of Clayton. Registration is required. 

Celebrate Spring with fun on the farm at Purina Farms! The Visitor Center at Purina Farms opens on March 23 with a celebration for all ages. Enjoy cupcakes (while supplies last), and scavenger hunts, meet adoptable dogs and puppies, and meet Purina Farms' new mascot, Checkerboard Charlie! 

Kids of all ages are invited to ride the trains at Kircher Park. The steam and diesel trains are operated by the St. Louis Live Steamers.

Visit the Doris I. Schnuck Children's Garden at the Missouri Botanical Garden for two festive fun-filled days of hands-on activities celebrating the changing of the seasons. There will also be activities throughout the Garden to celebrate this special weekend. 

Free activities for kids include superhero games, caped crusader crafts, robot demonstrations with Rockwood Teams, interactive STEM activities with Code Ninjas and "Little Ninja" training with Premier Martial Arts.
