It turns out there may be a simple path to leading the good life. Psychologist and lecturer Dr. Timothy Bono discusses the scientific study of happiness and strategies for life satisfaction based on research in Positive Psychology.
Kids can take a break from the cold and enjoy a movie on the big screen. There will be pizza, lemonade and snacks before they sit down to watch Big Hero 6. For ages 7-13. Registration is required.

Wear your costumes for this fun ice skating event at the Brentwood Ice Rink. There will be a costume contest, candy, a hockey puck scavenger hunt, face painting and pizza. Admission is $4 for non-residents and $3 for residents. Skate rental is $2 per person.
