Celebrate Smithsonian Magazine's Museum Day Live at the Pi Mathstravaganza! There will be hands-on activities, puzzles and demonstrations showcasing math and Pi and how much fun math can really be.

At the Saint Louis Science Center. Saturday, March 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Sunday, March 13 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Monday, March 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

In this outdoor archery workshop, kids and teens will learn why archery teaches discipline, concentration and resilience and take part in an archery skills challenge in Forest Park.

If you've ever wanted to learn to throw clay on a pottery wheel this is your chance! Craft Alliance offers this Saturday morning class once a month for ages 8 and up in which participants can watch a pottery wheel demonstration then try to throw clay on a wheel themselves.

It's both fun and challenging to throw clay on a pottery wheel, and this class will teach you how to turn clay into a cylinder or bowl shape. You'll then glaze your creation and pick it up two weeks later after it's been fired in the kiln.

Preschool age children and their adult partner will explore, investigate, and do science together during Build It! Preschool at the Saint Louis Science Center.

Build It! Preschool gives preschoolers a chance to engineer a sleek aircraft, a sturdy house and a steady bridge using recycled materials. Each week features a different building challenge and structure to take home. 

NeuroDay offers a unique opportunity to learn about the human brain and what's happening with cutting-edge research. This full-day expo features free hands-on activities and engaging demonstrations.

Celebrate all things Irish at one of the nation’s best St. Patrick’s Day parades. See marching bands, floats, huge cartoon character balloons, more than 5,000 marchers, clowns and more. Food and drink will be sold throughout the parade route.

The parade kicks off at noon at 18^th and Market Streets in downtown St. Louis. The parade proceeds east to its conclusion at Broadway and Market Streets, and takes place rain or shine.
