The annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in downtown St. Louis is comprised of more than 120 units, including marching bands, floats, huge cartoon character balloons, more than 5,000 marchers and lots of clowns.

Enjoy an afternoon of family-friendly Mardi Gras fun. Activities include a variety of arts and crafts, balloon artists, magicians, stilt walkers, jugglers, mask and crown making, free popcorn and refreshments, giveaways, making a shoebox float and more.

When school is on break, kids can spend the day at the Saint Louis Zoo! At the Zoo's Black Friday Camp: Shop Till You Drop, campers will learn about how the products we purchase affect endangered species and habitats around the world.

A Kwanzaa ceremony highlights a day of storytelling, craft and jewelry displays, authentic African drumming and musical performances.
