Celebrate Fall at the Lewis & Clark Confluence Tower during Colors Over the Confluence.
Anna and Elsa from Frozen will meet and greet little fans and pose for photos on the top two levels of the Lewis & Clark Confluence Tower.
There will also be Frozen balloon art provided by Jay "The Balloon Dude."

Celebrate Father's Day by taking in views from 150 feet above the confluence of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers, and dad gets free admission.
All dads, when accompanied by their families, get a free tour of the tower, including the breathtaking views. Regular admission is $4 for adults, and $2 for children 12 and under. Children 2 and under are free.
