Explore the fun and messy world of clay through hand building at the Mudworks Family Workshop at Laumeier Sculpture Park. You'll learn basic sculpting techniques to create objects using slabs, coils and pinch pots and find inspiration in nature and the outdoors.

For ages 4-12 with a favorite grownup.

Saturday, Aug. 17 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Laumeier Sculpture Park. Cost is $45.
