Costumed kids ages 10 and under are invited to the annual Children's Costume Parade at Westport Plaza, kicking off at 6 p.m. at the patio near World Wide Technology.
This is a fun, free, non-scary trick-or-treating event open to all, designed for kids 10 and under. In case of rain the parade will be held inside the mall. Reservations are not needed.
