Kids ages 2-4 are invited to explore the world of invertebrates at the Butterfly House during this fun, hands-on workshop. Every week your little bug will be introduced to a new arthropod friend! Little Bugs includes a story time, craft, snack and an adventure in the Native Garden or Tropical Conservatory at The Butterfly House.
Sessions are held May 2 at 9:30 or 11 a.m., May 3, 9, and 10 at 11 a.m., June 6 at 9:30 or 11 a.m., and June 7, 13 and 14 at 11 a.m.
Cost is $12 for members of the Missouri Botanical Garden and $15 for the general public. Includes one child and one adult.

Open Gym at Miss Kelly's Gym is an opportunity for any child to have supervised free play in the gym. They can work on existing skills, try something new, or simply play around. It is completely up to them! Open Gym is open to both members and non-members ages 12 and under.
See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
