Spend your summer at The Whitfield School!
Whitfield’s 2026 Summer Programs offer engaging, educational, and active opportunities for students from rising Kindergarten through 12th grade. With a variety of camps—from general enrichment and STEM to sports and specialized skill sessions—there’s something for every interest and age. Daily lunch is included with many full-day programs, and before- and after-care options help support busy family schedules.
Camp Whitfield (K-7th Grades)
Camp Whitfield is a full-day adventure filled with activities that blend creativity, play, and exploration. Campers enjoy hands-on STEAM projects, outdoor adventures, leadership and team-building challenges, sports and games, creative arts, and technology—all facilitated by Whitfield faculty, staff, and counselors.

Hours: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (before and after care available)
Included: Lunch and camp T-shirt
STEM, Arts, and Specialty Camps (5th Grade and up)
In addition to Camp Whitfield, there are creative enrichment options for rising 5th–12th graders. These include hands-on STEM Camp, Theater Camp, Animation Camp, AI Immersion (Inspirit AI), Digital Photography, and other topic-based experiences—each designed to spark curiosity and build skills through project-based learning.
Whitfield Sports Camps (3rd Grade and up)
Whitfield’s sports offerings welcome youth of all skill levels for focused athletic development. Camps include Boys & Girls Basketball, Girls Volleyball, Strength & Conditioning, and Co-Ed Cheer & Dance, among others. These programs emphasize teamwork, skill building, and confidence while athletes stay active and have fun.

March brings a very special kind of tropical madness to the Butterfly House in Faust Park! Thousands of breathtaking Blue Morpho butterflies take up residence to welcome spring.
At this free art program for ages 3-6 the focus is on the process of making art rather than the finished product. Dress to get messy!
Bring your babies and toddlers to this free story time at the Missouri History Museum.
Storytelling in the Museum is an in-person storytelling event happening at 10:30 a.m. at the Missouri History Museum. This event, perfect for the preschool set, features engaging stories with themes like Women's History Month, I Love St. Louis, Spring, and more.

Read to a friendly therapy dog from DUO Dogs, Inc. After the story, the dog's handler will answer any questions kids have about therapy dogs, pet care and more. For ages 3-11. Registration is required for this free program.
