Kids of all ages can learn the basics of cane pole fishing at free program sponsored by the Missouri Department of Conservation. Bring a water bottle and dress for the weather, rain or shine. This program meets at the Educational Fishing Lakes and Hatchery in Forest Park.
August 2 from 9 to 11 a.m. Reservations are required. All instruction, poles and bait will be provided. For all ages. Participants over the age of 16 will need a valid fishing license.
