
Kids are invited to go on a backyard adventure with the Saint Louis Zoo at this free workshop. Meet some backyard animals and explore a wormery! This workshop is presented by the Saint Louis Zoo and will be held at the following branches of the St. Louis County Library:

Take your family to watch birds of prey fly right over your head, macaws speak the English language and much more at the WOW! Amazing Animal Show at the World Bird Sanctuary. Every program showcases different animals so each day is a new experience.
Grab a rod and reel and bring your kids to Des Peres Park for the Youth Fishing Derby. Kids ages 3-12 can participate in morning fishing, the Longest Fish Contest, and most fish caught in each age division. Bring your own fishing pole and bait. Registration is required.
Kids can work on existing gym skills, learn new skills or just play around during Open Gym at Miss Kelly's Gym in Creve Coeur.
Visit the James S. McDonnell Planetarium in Forest Park and see a star show to experience the largest artificial sky in the Western Hemisphere. Star shows are lead LIVE by one of the Planetarium's educators, creating a new and tailored experience for every audience.
