
A victory parade and celebration for the St. Louis Cardinals 11th World Series victory is planned for Sunday beginning at 4 p.m. The Budweiser Clydesdales will lead a procession of trucks carrying the Cardinals players along Market Street from 18th Street at Union Station to 7th Street, then south toward Stan Musial Drive and into Busch Stadium. The parade also includes Fredbird, Team Fredbird and the Cardinals Rally Squirrel.
The celebration, inside the stadium, will follow the parate and include the players and entertainment from local high school marching bands.
Tickets are $5, with proceeds going to the Cardinals Care charity. Tickets are on sale (as of 2 p.m. Saturday) at cardinals.com/parade. Fans are llimited to two tickets per order. Season ticket holders may purchase up to four tickets. More information: www.cardinals.com
