Take your kids to see the high-energy, hip band Rolie
Polie Guacamole at Off Broadway on us! Enjoy a high-energy, interactive show of rock and folk tunes especially designed to entertain kids.
Brooklyn-based Rolie Polie Guacamole is coming to St. Louis on Sunday, March 18 for an afternoon of funk, rock and folk music mashed into original tunes about natural living, eating healthy and staying active. The band has released three albums: Rolie Polie Guacamole (2008), Time for Hummus (2010) and Houses of the Moly (released Feb 26, 2012).
Their latest album, Houses of the Moly is a rockin’ cover album of classic tunes and traditional children’s songs. Featuring Grammy nominated Brady Rymer on the cover of Woodie Guthrie’s This Land is Your Land, Jason Lansing from The Okee Dokee Brothers added his talented Banjo skills and vocals to the Guthrie tracks This Land is Your Land and So Long, it's Been Good to Know Yuh, and Brooklyn kindie artist Suzi Shelton sings with Frank and Andrew on the Tom Paxton classic Going to the Zoo.
