Elementary Age

Henry & Mudge is the story of a young boy who moves from the city to a new house in the country, and finds a new playmate in a 182-pound canine buddy with whom he can share all kinds of adventures.

Kids can enjoy Star Wars-themed activities using LEGO® bricks and other interactive learning tools. They'll build scenes from the movie, ships, lightsabers and more at this free workshop for ages 7-12.

Learn about Rossman School as you observe students and teachers on a typical school day during this Weekday Open House. You'll also enjoy a campus tour led by current parents of Rossman School students, who are eager to answer your questions and share their perspectives of the Rossman School experience.

Based on the internationally acclaimed novel, Bud, Not Buddy, this adventure follows 10-year-old Bud as he sets off on an epic journey to find his father who he believes is leading a traveling jazz band. Set in 1930s America, Bud's odyssey is filled with the joy of finding family and plenty of live jazz music. 

In celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., kids will discuss their dreams for themselves and their communities, then create inventions to improve the world around us. 

School Daze Camps at Artscope are a great way for kids to spend their days when school is out. Kids will make fabulous art projects, explore Tower Grove Park, play games, sing songs and make new friends. At Northern Lights Camp, kids will explore one of the world's most mysterious phenomenon through light inspired artwork, then try out a very special camera.

Kids can enjoy the puppet show "The Wide-Mounthed Frog" then make a puppet of their own to take home.
