Camp Lakewood Open Houses are designed to give you and your children or teens the opportunity to meet the camp directors, ask questions and see the beautiful property. You'll get a tour of the camp, be able to speak with camp staff and be reassured that your camper will have the experience of a lifetime at YMCA Camp Lakewood.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at The Magic House! Kids can count gold coins with a penny float experiment in the Science Lab, create a rainbow sculpture in the Art Studio and enjoy a performance by the Meghan Torno School of Irish Dance.

Kids ages 2-12 can enjoy a unique egg hunting experience where they gather eggs, and then get to “sell” them in order to buy games, toys, books and more from a General Store.

Visit City Museum to see the Easter Bunny and hunt for golden eggs! 

In Go, Dog. Go! P.D. Eastman's classic children's book comes to life at the Big Top! Yellow Dog, Blue Dog, Red Dog, and dogs of all colors, shapes, and sizes live in a magical world where dogs are king. See them work, play, eat, sing, dance, play musical instruments, swim, skate, ride bikes, drive cars, and go for a boat ride. They do it all! The snorkel. They howl at the moon. They ride a Ferris wheel. They celebrate their world with a big party in a tree. It's like a pop-up book that comes to life – and never stops!

Grab a spot at Rainbow Slime Time and celebrate St. Patrick's Day! In addition to playtime, kids will love making batches of slime and making a yummy rainbow treat.
