Teens and Tweens

Have some science fun with Santa! At Science with Santa, kids will travel around to different stations of experiments, build something amazing with LEGOs, have a snack, and take a picture with Santa!

Families can enjoy animal shows, a corn maze, the new Grant's Farm pumpkin patch where you can pick your own pumpkins, gourds and decorative corn, and the Kid's Zone that features a corn play box, sand box, farm equipment to sit on, and open areas to run and play. 

Kids can trick or treat, and families can enjoy festive Halloween music, a pumpkin carving contest and more at the Great Pumpkin Glow in downtown Maplewood. The streets in downtown Maplewood will be glowing with luminaries and pumpkins, and businesses will be decked out for the season. 

Enjoy some daytime Halloween fun at the World Bird Sanctuary during Owl-O-Ween! See "whooo" will be performing in the spooky shows, go digging in the graveyard of games, craft a spidery web and lots more. 

Lace up and leash up for a great cause! You and your dog are invited to run, jog, or walk in the Purple Leash 5K & Fun Run at Purina Farms. Compete for top dog in our 5K race or take it easy in our 1-mile fun run. Put your paws to the pavement and then head over to the TAILgate after party for food, drinks, music and more all while raising awareness for the Purple Leash Project. All purple outfits and purple dog gear are highly encouraged!

Tour the historic stables at Tower Grove Park and have the chance to meet the Clydesdale, Moonshine, and the pony, Sheffield, and see the historic structure where they are housed and cared for. This is a free public tour, but capacity is very limited and registration is required.

Join the Missouri Department of Conservation for its second annual Fall Frolic in Tower Grove Park. At this free event, you'll learn about all the flora and fauna that call Tower Grove Park home through autumn-centric activity stations and wildlife encounters!
