Enjoy Halloween in a safe way at this Trunk or Treat! Children and families are encouraged to wear their costumes and show their Halloween spirit by decorating the outside of their cars. Car trunks will be decorated for your viewing pleasure in various Halloween themes by local businesses and organizations.
