
Wolf Fest features fun activities, exhibits and demonstrations for all ages. Guests will enjoy a kid's area, live music and food trucks, see puppies born this spring, see animals from around the world, and meet some of the most endangered wolves in the world.
Toddlers and preschoolers will explore nature through tactile activities and crafts at this special "messy" event. Children, from walking to age 5, will have a blast getting messy while learning to discover the world around them. Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

The Poke-HUNT starts with a live Pokémon show in the World Bird Sanctuary amphitheater featuring Braviary, Pidgeot, Mandibuzz, Noctowl, Rowlet, Talonflame and Merkrow, followed by a Poke-HUNT where kids will be able to search the grounds for their very own Pokémon characters that they can keep.

See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
Storytelling in the Museum is an in-person storytelling event happening at 10:30 a.m. at the Missouri History Museum. This event, perfect for the preschool set, features engaging stories with themes like Juneteenth, Sweet Treats, Summer and more. Storytelling in the Museum is free.
