Expect the world to change this June as Lifelight Theatre brings everyone's favorite practically perfect nanny to the stage in this supercalifragilisticexpialidocious musical adventure.
With songs from the beloved Disney movie and some new numbers by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, this musical tells the story of the Banks family when Mary Poppins is hired as the nanny of their two children. Mary, along with her friend Bert, brings life, and a little bit of magic, into what was once a boring and strict household. Popular tunes include "Step in Time," "Let's Go Fly a Kite," " Spoonful of Sugar," "Feed the Birds," "Sumercalifragilisticexpialidocious" and "Chim Chim Cher-ee."
Pre-show events include Supercalifragilistic parties that feature story time with Mary, refreshments, VIP tableside autograph photo sessions with characters and receptions with delicious food.
Shows will be held June 2 and June 3 at 7 p.m. and June 4 at 2:30 and 7 p.m. At Westminster Christian Academy.
Tickets are $12 for ages 3 and up. Children 2 and under are free if seated on a lap.
