Many St. Louis family attractions have re-opened with limited capacity and enhanced safety protocols for visitors and staff. Many are hosting virtual and socially distanced events, which you'll find in our Things To Do calendar. Public health experts recommend that when you go out, follow public health guidelines: wear masks (required in St. Louis City and County), practice social distancing and wash your hands frequently.

The Saint Louis Art Fair (SLAF) is a free, three-day celebration of the visual and performing arts. The Art Fair will be held on September 6, 7, & 8 in Clayton's central business district. The main focus is an easy-access juried exhibition of gallery quality fine art and crafts with exhibiting artists.

The fair includes the Creative Castle, a special area for kids to take part in hands-on art projects and explore their creativity. Art activities in the Creative Castle are sponsored by the The Magic House, COCA, Forsyth School, Rohan Woods School, The Wilson School, the St. Louis Artists Guild and others.

Families can also enjoy stage performances and booths featuring food from some of St. Louis' top restaurants.

Creative Castle hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m on Saturday, Sept. 7 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8.

Fair hours are Friday 5 to 10 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
