Kids are the star of the show during the Central West End's Children's Costume Parade and Party. The parade begins at 11 a.m. followed by trick or treating at neighborhood businesses.

Guest can test if they've got what it takes to join the pirate crew by walking the plank, digging for buried treasure and making their own pirate hats.
