Babies and Toddlers

Parents and guardians of prospective students are invited to spend time observing the homeroom classes engaged in literacy and math, then watch special classes some alive in the music studio, science lab, art studio, drama studio, computer lab and more. Stay for as little or as long as you'd like. RSVP is requested. 

Juice Box Jazz will have the whole family learning and loving what jazz music is all about. Participants will celebrate a different instrument of style of jazz through an engaging program led by local and national musicians. Kids will also enjoy juice boxes and snacks, and jazz-inspired arts & crafts and yoga to get your little ones up and moving. 

Bring your whole family to this free family yoga session to relax through peaceful play, stories and songs right before bedtime. 

Kids can have fun riding the Carousel, make a craft, play with toys and play with each other at Create and Play at the St. Louis Carousel. 

It's the first day of flight school, where they teach birds to fly. Penguin has the soul of an eagle and is ready to live on the wind. But he wasn't built to soar, as the other birds constantly remind him. Will he learn to fly, or will he fail to make his dreams come true?

Panda Playtime is for children age birth to 36 months and their parents. Children will have playtime and develop social skills at this free program.

The Magic House offers special morning hours for families with young children Tuesday through Friday during the school year. Select exhibits open at 10:30 a.m. before the entire museum opens at noon. Preschool Hours feature exhibits that are geared toward children ages 2-8, but anyone is welcome to visit.
