Are you curious about the physics of aerial arts and dance? How jugglers hone their craft? The mechanics of magic? Learn all this and more through presentations by professional scientists and performing artists. There will be opportunities for audience participation throughout.
Hands-on activities begin at 3 p.m. and the program begins at 3:15 p.m.

A Bricks 4 Kidz Night Out is a high-energy evening full of LEGO entertainment
for kids in grades K-5. The theme of this Night Out is remote control mania. Kids will love to see their creations in motion using LEGO wireless remote controls.
They'll use fascinating and challenging LEGO conponents to create dynamic vehicles, inventions, machines and more. We'll also do crafts and provide pizza and drinks.

ages 6-12. The theme of the night is Minecraft. Kids will craft key elements with LEGO bricks, build monsters, and construct their own world of Minecraft. Each child will take home a mini LEGO creeper from the popular game. Pizza and drinks are also provided.
5 to 8 p.m. at the Bridgeton Community Center. Cost is $34 for residents and $38 for non-residents.
Kids ages 6 and up can learn more about the interesting lives of these eight-legged hunters. If possible, this program will include a spider hike, so please dress for the weather.
Butterflies are beautiful creatures with many unique characteristics. Learn the life history of butterflies and identification techniques for common species found throughout Missouri. You'll also learn how to attract these pollinators to your own backyard. For ages 10 and up.

They are fun to watch as they run and jump and play, flick their bushy tails, chase each other up trees, bury acorns in the fall and dig them up again to eat in winter. But in spite of the playfulness that makes squirrels fun to watch, they face the same challenges in their lives as any other kind of wildlife. Learn more about these lively little mammals as we celebrate their lives with activities and crafts.

that presents the possibility of life existing beyond Earth through the use of robots, telescopes, space probes and high-tech laboratories.
Explore songs, finger plays, music and more during this Music & Movement class for ages 0-6. Some sessions are held in person at various branches of the St. Louis County Library. Some sessions are virtual.

Drop by New City School for an engaging morning visit. Enjoy coffee and conversation, hear about the curriculum and community from Head of School Alexis Wright, and take a tour of the historic school. This event is geared towards grown ups, but children are welcome to attend.
Friendly and fun, auditions at The St. Louis Children’s Choirs are a great way for us to get to know one another. Auditions consist of your child singing a short song followed by a short informational meeting. A singer's ensemble placement is based on age, skill, maturity, and availability. The St. Louis Children's Choirs has an ensemble for every singer!
