Parents are invited to attend the Spooktacular Kindergarten Fair to learn about Charter School opportunities in St. Louis. Bring your kids in costume for trick or treating while you learn about kindergarten options. 

Schools represented include: The Biome School, St. Louis Language Immersion Schools, Confluence Charter Schools, City Garden Montessori, Gateway Science Academy, Lafayette Preparatory Academy, EAGLE College Prep and more. 

At Tower Grove Park, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For one day only, Journey to the Top tram rides at the Gateway Arch will be sold at their original price of $1. Visitors to the top will receive a 'Top of the Arch' lapel button modeled after one that was originally distributed when the trams opened in 1967.

Bring your family to the new Kings, Queens & Castles exhibition at the World Chess Hall of Fame. Created in collaboration with The Magic House, this innovative, interactive family exhibit brings the game of chess to life and provides an engaging introduction to individual chess pieces and game strategy. The exhibit features an array of hands-on elements. A drawbridge leading to a castle greets guests, a dress-up station transforms children into royalty, and life-sized chess pieces with cutouts for faces make for great photos! Celebrate the 50th birthday of the Gateway Arch at the Arch 50 Festival. The day long, free celebration will include children's activities, food and drink vendors and live music throughout the day.  The celebration culminates in a world-class fireworks display showcasing the Arch.
