Young revelers who may not be able to stay awake until midnight to celebrate the New Year can ring in 2020 at Noon New Year's Eve, a free celebration for kids and families at the Missouri History Museum. Visitors will enjoy a countdown to when the clock strikes noon! But before that, they'll make New Year's Eve hats and crafts, and boogie down to live music with the band Firedog.
