Kids can trick or treat and enjoy some not-so-spooky Halloween fun at Trunktoberfest sponsored by the St. Charles Community College Foundation. There will be lots of activities for kids, food trucks, and an outdoor movie at sundown. Costumes are encouraged! All trick or treating activities and candy will be provided by SCC Student Activities. This is not an event where you deorate your own vehicle for trick or treating.
4-8 p.m. at St. Charles Community College in Cottleville. Free and open to all.

See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
The Preschool Science Series is an open exploration learning lab for young scientists, ages 18 months to 5 years and their families. Activities are designed around research that shows children learn best through play, inquiry and shared experiences with their parents and caregivers.

Dads get in free with the purchase of a paid child's admission on Father's Day at City Museum. To further celebrate Father's Day there will be craft making in Art City so little ones can make a gift for their dad.
