St. Louis Kids Magazine is Now STL Parent

We're excited to announce that St. Louis Kids Magazine is now STL Parent. We have a new look and a new name, but we're still dedicated to bringing you the latest information you need to know as you raise kids in St. Louis.

The writers you've come to know and love are still here, and so is our popular Things to Do calendar, so you'll always know where to find the best family events for your curious, growing kids. You'll also find your favorite handy guides, whether you're planning a birthday party, looking for after-school enrichment classes, child care, or looking for a new school.

So why did we make the change? A couple of reasons. After publishing a printed magazine for almost seven years, we became an exclusively online parenting resource last year. To reflect that, we're saying goodbye to the word "magazine." STL Parent also more accurately reflects you – our readers – and who we're writing for.

You'll find us from now on at www.stlparent.com. And don't worry, all of your favorite content – and favorite writers – from www.stlouiskidsmagazine.com are coming right along with us, so you don't even have to change your bookmarks.

We've made some upgrades to our site too. Just about everything you're looking for is linked right from our home page. For example, click on the words "Parent Sourcebook" in the top menu and a second menu will appear, allowing you to go right to the category you're looking for in our online Sourcebook.

You can also catch the latest weather at the top left of the page. Plus, you can search our site from the top of any page, as well as click over to our Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest pages. It's now really easy to find the content you want to read. All of our feature stories are sorted now by category, and you can choose what you'd like to read about from the main menu by clicking "categories." You can go straight to the latest stories by clicking "Latest News."

Looking for the best family events St. Louis has to offer? You'll find them where you always have, in our Things To Do calendar. And if you'd like to receive a handy list of events happening each day sent right to your inbox, sign up to receive our free Daily Events email and you won't miss a thing!

We invite you to click around and check it out. And we'd love to know what you think! Leave a comment here or on our Facebook page.

Welcome to STL Parent. We hope you'll make it part of your daily routine for news that will inform, inspire and entertain you and your family.
