Explore Mars in two very different but amazingly real ways at the Saint Louis Science Center. Mission: Mars exhibits, opening today (Nov. 21), will span across Interstate 64/40 from the main Science Center building to the James S. McDonnel Planetarium in Forest Park.
Mission: Mars - Control allows visitors to program a Mars rover like NASA's engineers do.
Mission: Mars - Base in the Planetarium jumps through time, placing visitors in the year 2071, when NASA has successfully established science operations on Mars.
For all ages. 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. See the ribbon cutting ceremony for these exhibits at 9:30 a.m. at the Planetarium.
