Enjoy complimentary treats from Ben & Jerry's, Oberweis, Andy's Frozen Custard, Ices Plain & Fancy, The Fountain on Locust, Vess, Serendipity, Strange Donuts, Scoops & More and Nothing Bundt Cakes. There will be also be face painting and other children's activities, and the entire Magic House to explore!
Tale Waggers: Read to a Dog
Kids can increase their confidence and reading skills while reading to an adorable, attentive dog in this program sponsored by Love on a Leash.
Bring your own book or choose one at the library and read for 10 minutes to one of the dogs from Love on a Leash. Reading to dogs is a positive and non-threatening way to build confidence in reading. For ages 5-12.
6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the McClay Branch of the St. Charles County Library. Free.
Meet Clifford the Big Red Dog
Your kids can enjoy a story time, fun activities and a visit from everyone's favorite big red dog, Clifford! Don't forget your camera!
This event is part of Children's Book Week at the St. Louis County Library. Free.

Butterfly Magic with the Fishin' Magicians
Egg. Larva. Pupa. Butterfly. That's magic! The Fishin' Magicians make learning this basic science fun for all ages using magic, puppets and humor.
Join the adventure with them and Pipevine, the caterpillar, as they help kids understand the importance of butterflies and caterpillars in ecosystems.

Free Clinic Day at the Center for Hearing and Speech
The Center for Hearing and Speech will host free screenings for hearing, vision and speech for children ages 3 and up during Free Clinic Day.
Parents can have questions answered by the Center's Chief Audiologist and Chief Speech-Language Pathologist. There will also be snacks and crafts for kids. 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
