Guided by artist faculty, campers immerse themselves in activities like pottery on the wheel and torch-wielding artistry, ensuring an enriching learning experience. In 2024, our Summer Camp hosted a vibrant community of over 800 campers from St. Louis, each finding inspiration and joy in the artistic realm. Building on our commitment to engaging education, our camps cater to various interests – whether sculpting with molten glass, mastering weaving, or honing pottery skills. Our professional teaching artists make learning enjoyable, ensuring your camper picks up new skills while having fun.

Art and Nature Make for a Unique Camp Experience at Laumeier Sculpture Park

Summer is a great time for kids and teens to explore their creative side! Laumeier Sculpture Park offers art camps that let kids create all kinds of art while enjoying some of the old-fashioned joys of summer — like hiking and swimming.

Because of the unique park setting at Laumeier, campers spend lots of time exploring woodland trails, the outdoor permanent collection of art and the sculpture park's changing exhibits.

Miriam Celebrates Neurodiversity, Supports Unique Learners

At Miriam School, students with complex learning differences are supported and celebrated as they grow academically, socially and emotionally. Miriam provides a tailored educational experience for learners in grades K-12 who have not found success in traditional classroom settings. Students’ challenges may stem from specific learning disabilities (i.e. dyslexia or dysgraphia), ADHD, level 1 autism, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, or speech and language disorders.
