Learn to Punt, Pass and Kick

This one-day, free program is designed to teach participants the basic fundamentals of football. 

Each child will be given one-on-one and group style instruction by an experienced coaching staff. A full-court scrimmage game will be held at the conclusion of the training session. For ages 4-12. Free. Sponsored by St. Louis County Parks. 10 a.m. to noon.

Miles from Tomorrowland: Galactech Missions

Calling all cosmic explorers! Disney Junior has partnered with the Saint Louis Science Center to provide science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) programs for kids ages 2-8 and their families.

With Miles from Tomorrowland: Galactech Missions, kids can construct a toolbelt for Miles, program a robot, or help create a blastboard! Everyone who completes a mission will receive a special Galactech Badge!

Word Play: Free Summer Chalk Art Workshops

Chalk Riot presents WordPlay, free summer chalk art workshops for ages 12-17.

No sign up is necessary for these two-hour workshops. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear clothes that can get dirty.

Sea Lion Shows at the Saint Louis Zoo

See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
