Balloon Twisting Workshop for Kids

Kids can bring out their inner sculptor at this free balloon twisting workshop. They'll learn how to twist a basic balloon dog, a simple hat, a huge octopus and more. Presented by Circus Kaput. At the St. Louis County Library.
