PlayFirst is a unique year-around youth soccer program that caters to kids 4-11 years of age. The program is designed to teach the game of soccer in a very creative and dynamic manner. Kids will experience the "fun-factor" of playing the game they all so desire, but the games and activities within the PlayFirst program curriculum will, intuitively, teach these players skill development, as well as a creative way of thinking and playing the game.
MathJam19 is a two-week summer camp, either half- or full-day, offered to highly motivated, math-talented students, ages 10-14, who are looking for challenging experiences in mathematics. Students, ages 11 to 13, who excel in math and whose abilities fall outside of the range of the usual classroom curricula are invited to test to qualify for the Elements program. Elements program starts in the summer in conjunction with MathJam with the option to participate in an after-school program.
Aspiring astronauts, scientists and engineers ages 8-18 will have a "blast" at the award-winning Challenger Learning Center where they can explore space, science, art, and technology through simulated space missions and other out-of-this-world activities.
Space adventurers can travel to the Moon or Mars, explore Comets, or train in an underwater environment in SCUBA gear.
Camp Jump Start at Living Well Village is a residential WHOLE health camp specializing in healthy lifestyles and weight management. Kids ages 9-18 years old live at camp for 4 or 8 weeks. Those needing to lose weight typically lose 7-10% of their body weight in 4 weeks which is enough to reverse disease such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome and fatty liver disease, and improve depression and anxiety. Normal weight kids also attend to learn how to be healthy/prevent disease while disconnecting from electronics to re-connect with people.
SciFest: Community Science Showcase, is the Saint Louis Science Center's annual Martin Luther King Jr. weekend event showcasing diversity of the scientific community in St. Louis. Visitors to the Science Center can participate in hands-on activities and presentations led by STEM role models representing a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, including teens from the Center's Youth Exporing Science (YES) program.

Check out WiLD Adventure Weeks that take place during the first and last week of summer that feature field trips and choice activities, and the WiLD Survival Academy for middle schoolers who love spending time in the outdoors. Artscope's Summer Camp Create features expert visual art instruction by experienced artists, visits from special guests, lots of screen-free outdoor play, and supervised exploration of magical Tower Grove Park. We emphasize reducing our footprint by using natural, recycled and upcycled materials for our art. We offer 10 total weeks of summer fun! Some of our 2019 camp themes include Time Traveler Academy, Mural Magic, and our STEAM-themed camp, Scraptopia.
