Our original, IMSA-unique, inquiry-based programs mirror the enterprise of doing real science. For more information and to register or apply for a scholarship, visit here!
Explore the vertical world this summer! Sign your climber up for an exciting week of climbing activities and games. Watch as they gain confidence in their ability to reach new heights! Climbers engage in a number of activities throughout a day of camp. They learn proper climbing etiquette and technique and develop these skills over the course of the week. They also play games such as dodgeball, tug-of-war, and gaga ball. Each of these is supplemented with time for arts and crafts and other downtime activities. Climbers are supervised at all times by our team of dedicated counselors.
The joy of learning and growing continues this summer at The Waldorf School of St. Louis. Our outdoor summer camps are all about the magic of Early Childhood. From whimsical storytelling and outdoor exploration to simple crafts and circle time, each day gives children the opportunity to be outside and unplug. Sign up for The Wonderful World of Bugs, as we explore the insects living inside our magical meadow and green spaces. Young ones will create creepy-crawly art, learn verses and songs and hear insect-themed stories, too. Or sign up for Sandcastles, Mud Pies and Fireflies. Wear clothes that can get wet and dirty as we transform the meadow into a cityscape of castles, channels, and dams.
Activities include strawberry picking, festival foods, pony rides, children’s playground, a petting zoo, carnival rides, wagon rides and more.
Children's activities include storytelling, arts and crafts, mask-making and educational workshops. In conjunction with the festival, the Saint Louis Zoo will have special activities focused on a different African animal each day.
