But he'll be solving worse puzzles in summer school if he can't get his grades up.

The Great Candy Exchange is a chance for kids to wear their costumes one more time, win prizes, have their faces painted, enjoy balloon artists and live shows, free healthy snacks, and donate their leftover Halloween candy to the troops through the USO of Missouri.
