Attend the Harvest Festival at the Waldorf School of St. Louis to celebrate Halloween and the autumn season. Families will walk through the Halloween Harvest Village, visiting a candlestick maker, a farmer, a baker, a fisherman and a surprise magical guest! A short activity and a small, natural gift of the season accompanies each stop along the way.
Come to the Science Center to celebrate the film Barbie and the doll that has inspired millions! Visitors can dive into the toolbox and pick out stories of Barbie's past and future and discover how Barbie, and toys like it, inspire children in science and science-related careers.
Kids ages 5-12 can choose their own Elf name and join in on the Elf Workshop. They'll create hand-made gifts for someone special (different variations of crafts are offered for different age groups). Everyone will make two wrapped gifts.
The Grinch is trying to steal Christmas! Help grow the Grinch's heart by joining in on this workshop full of Grinch activities. Kids will make Grinch dust to help stop the Grinch from coming to their homes and other crafts, as well as Grinch cookies.

Little Red Hen Play Dates are a wonderful way for children ages 0-6 and their caregivers to experience the magic of Waldorf Early Childhood Education. You and your child will bake bread — a weekly occurrence in the Waldorf School's Early Childhood Program — listen to stories; join in a circle time filled with songs, rhymes, and movement; and explore the outdoors in our mini meadow.

See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
