Free Stroller Strides Class at Vetta Sports Soccerdome

Kick off the new year by taking part in a free Stroller Strides class at a new indoor location. The one-hour class will feature co-teaching from three Stroller Strides instructors, and be filled with music for mom interlaced with songs for kiddos.

The morning kicks off at 9:30 a.m. with a "Women Who Rock"-themed Stroller Strides class, followed by giveaways, prizes, refreshments and more than an hour of playtime for children 12 months to age 7 on Vetta's indoor playground of giant inflatables!

Puppets Workshop at The Magic House

Give a hand to puppeteer Daniel Romano and his Blaque Berry Puppets as he brings his puppets to life during workshops and performances at The Magic House.

Romano is a puppeteer, storyteller, teacher and folklorist. His Blaque Berry Puppet Theater performs original stories as well as African, Irish and frontier tales at schools, libraries, fairs and festivals across the St. Louis region. Romano is on the artists' roster for Springboard, a St. Louis-based art education agency.

Sunday Funday Free Group Exercise Sampler

Stop in to The Lodge Des Peres and take in free exercise sampler classes for Sunday Funday.

The Lodge Fitness Team will showcase some of the new exercise classes being offered in 30 minute sessions from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Sessions are open to all, members and nonmembers, residents and non-residents.  Free.

Sessions include zumba, yoga, pilates and group strength. In the Lodge group exercise studio. For adults and teens ages 16 and up. Child care is not available.

Once Upon a Tea Party

Little ladies and their mothers are invited to attend an afternoon of fun at Once Upon a Tea Party. Each young lady is asked to dress up as her favorite princess or wear their favorite dress.

You'll enjoy a special visit from your favorite princesses, story time, tea, and you'll make a craft. Cost is $10 for residents of Fenton and members of Riverchase, and $12 for the general public. At Riverchase in Fenton.
