This fall the Magic House is overflowing with fun activities for kids of all ages. You can pet a turtle, hold a lizard, sell your old toys at the Kids' Flea Market, or invent a new one out of cardboard. There's also an exciting new traveling exhibit to introduce your kids to the oldest of all games, chess.

Kids Special Election at The Magic House

This Election Day, The Magic House is inviting kids to take part in the electoral process at a Kids Special Election in the museum's Star-Spangled Center.

African Percussion Performances at The Magic House

The beat goes on! Kids can listen as Adam Rugo plays the djembe, a goblet-shaped hand drum originating from West Africa, then shake, rattle and roll with Rugo as he plays a variety of African percussion instruments.

The Kids Games

Game on! Your pint-sized athlete can go for the gold at The Kids Games, an Olympic-themed event at The Magic House.

Kids compete in Olympic-style track and field events at The Kids Games. All competitors will get to decorate their very oen bib number and will receive a commemorative t-shirt.

In honor of their victory, all athletes will be presented with a medal. Registration is required for this event!
