Costumed kids ages 10 and under are invited to the annual Halloween Parade at Westport Plaza, kicking off at 6 p.m.
Join the Missouri History Museum for a movin' and grovin' Halloween party! Kids are encouraged to wear their costumes while they participate in candy-free trick or treating, Halloween-inspired spooktacular stretches, fun crafts and more.
