
Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11th Moon landing by going on space missions and having fun with moon-themed, hands-on activities for kids at the Challenger Learning Center. There are activities for all ages, and admission is free. Space missions are $15 per person. Hands-on activities are free.
Saturday, July 20 at the Challenger Learning Center. Space missions are set for 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and reservations are required. Moon-themed activities will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
