This workshop will cover practical strategies and techniques to assist students with developing and strengthening their self-awareness, self-management and self-reflection skills for maximal self-regulation. The workshop is led by Jeanne Kloeckner, OTD, OTR/L of Mindful Solutions of St. Louis.
