Welcome the holiday season with a luminary-lit stroll through the Shaw Nature Reserve's Whitmire Wildflower Garden. This is a rare opportunity for a self-guided walk, which is less than one mile, at the Nature Reserve.
Visitors will also learn how to create a botanical-inspired luminary and enjoy winter delights under the stars all while surround by the glow from hundreds of luminaries.
Registration is required and capacity is limited. Tickets are $10-$12 for adults and $2-$4 for children 12 and younger.

The Preschool Science Series is an open exploration learning lab for young scientists, ages 18 months to 5 years and their families. Activities are designed around research that shows children learn best through play, inquiry and shared experiences with their parents and caregivers.
